Very Very rare!  In Mint condition!!  We have never seen another one.   Approximately 120 of these were made because we had about 120 pilots early in WWI.  At that time there was no Air Corp or Air Force, and flyers were a part of the US Army Signal Corp, and was later called the United States Air Service.  The face of the clock is perfectly inscribed to that.
